The Nautitech 40 is a 40ft sailing catamaran built by Nautitech (2016). She carries up to 14 guests by day, 3 cabins and 2 bathrooms. A crew of 3 runs the boat.
She cruises at 7 knots on twin diesel + sail. The pace suits sheltered, shorter routes where time on the water is the point rather than the crossing.
Up to 14 guests puts her in the sweet spot for a family or a group of friends. As a catamaran she sits on two hulls, so there is markedly less roll than a monohull of the same length — worth knowing if anyone aboard is prone to seasickness — and the deck area per foot is considerably greater. With 3 cabins she also works as an overnight vessel, not only a day charter.
Every charter aboard the Nautitech 40 includes private tour, full use of catamaran, professional crew, soft drinks & ice, 1× bottle wine, fruits & snacks, lunch (8hr), full board (overnight), 2× sup paddle boards and inflatable water toys and more.
Quoted separately: National Park Fees and Minivan Transfer. These are the only items not covered by the charter fee.
