Henley Voyages is a yacht charter agency, brokerage and management company based at Royal Phuket Marina. We arrange private charters across the Andaman Sea — day trips, sunset cruises, overnight voyages and superyacht hire — for guests who would rather have a boat to themselves than share one.
What we actually do
We are not a booking engine. Every enquiry is handled by a person who knows the vessels, has met the crews, and has run the routes. When you tell us what you are planning, we shortlist the two or three boats that genuinely suit it — which sometimes means talking you out of the larger, more expensive one.
We also handle the parts that are easy to get wrong: matching vessel size to sea conditions on the day, timing arrivals to beat the tour boats, getting the tide right for the Koh Hong and Koh Panak lagoons, and arranging transfers so nobody is standing on a pier at 7am wondering where the minivan is.
The fleet
Twenty-four vessels from 36 to 150 feet — power catamarans, sailing catamarans, sport cruisers, motor yachts, purpose-built party catamarans and full superyachts. Day charters start from ฿24,000 and run to ฿1.5m for the largest vessels in the fleet.

Where we sail
Phang Nga Bay, the Phi Phi Islands, Koh Hong, the Khai Islands, Maiton, Coral Island, the Racha Islands and Krabi as day charters. Overnight voyages reach the Similan Islands and the wider Andaman chain. For extended charters we also arrange vessels in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Raja Ampat.
How we charge
The price we quote is the price you pay. Crew, fuel, soft drinks, snacks, snorkelling equipment, towels, life jackets, insurance and 7% VAT are included on every charter. National park fees, optional catering upgrades and water toy hire are listed separately and clearly, before you book — never added afterwards.
