The Spacecat 118 is a 118ft superyacht catamaran built by Space (2022). She carries up to 8 guests by day, 4 cabins and 4 bathrooms. A crew of 8 runs the boat.
She cruises at 16 knots on twin diesels. Speed matters most on the longer runs — Phi Phi and Racha Noi — where a faster vessel buys you time at anchor rather than under way.
A maximum of 8 guests keeps her intimate — couples, small families and anyone who would rather not share a deck. As a catamaran she sits on two hulls, so there is markedly less roll than a monohull of the same length — worth knowing if anyone aboard is prone to seasickness — and the deck area per foot is considerably greater. With 4 cabins she also works as an overnight vessel, not only a day charter.
Every charter aboard the Spacecat 118 includes full use of yacht, captain & crew, 4x double bed cabins, master cabin with private terrace, 1x tender boat, 2x jet skis, 2x wakeboards, 2x sup paddle boards, 1x towable inflatable and snorkelling gear and more.
Quoted separately: 35% APA and 7% VAT. These are the only items not covered by the charter fee.
